- Special Notice: The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) is awarding a Purchase Order Modification for the repair and calibration services for the following equipment: 1 each ANALYZER, SPECTRUM, HP PN: 8563A-E01, ASN: T800 to Measurement Assurance Technology. Sole Source Justification: The Government only knows of one source, Measurement Assurance Technology. Multiple searches of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Small Search did not identify any small business available to compete for this required repair and calibration service. Search parameters included a combination of NAICS code ‘811219' and key words: ‘repair, spectrum analyzer, hp model 8563a'; and key words: ‘repair, spectrum analyzer, hp model 8563a'; and ‘repair, hp spectrum analyzer'. A search of 'Repair spectrum analyzer HP Model 8563A', 'Repair HP spectrum analyzer' in GSA's eLibrary returned no matches.
