- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kentucky City: Covington Delineated Area: North - the Ohio River, South - 3L Highway / I-275, East - The Licking River, West - I-75 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 359,745 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 399,316 Space Type: Office and Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 715 Parking Spaces (Surface): 355 Parking Spaces (Structured): 360 Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies 4 leases at the Gateway Center location on 3rd and Madison and 333 Scott Street in Covington, KY. The Government intends to negotiate a new lease at that location for a term of 10 years/10 firm unless an alternate location of equal size and quality is proposed which represents an economic advantage to the Government. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation, costs to maintain production operations during relocation as well as the cost to move and replicate critical systems, infrastructure and equipment currently being utilized by the government agency at the current location. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless no other option is available.
