Conformed Amendment 09 Amendment 09 7 Jan 13: Amendment 0009 is posted. Change Sec L, para L1.4, change "offer is valid for at least 180 days beyond the due date" to "offer is valid until 1 May 2013." b. Add to Sec M, para 2.0, "in addition, the Government may award to a lower priced, lower rated offeror where the decision is consistent with the evaluation factors and the SSA reasonably determines that the lower price outweights the rating difference." c. Replace Sec G, Local Requirements Feb 08 with Local Requirements Dec 2012. 3 Sep 12: Amendment 0007 and 0008 are posted. Response to assumptions and questions. Change to CDRLs. Proposal due date in response to posted responses and CDRLS is extended for all volumes to 7 Sep 12. 20 Jul 12: Amendment 0006 is posted. Receipt of proposals for remaining volumes is extended to 30 Jul 12. CLIN 0010 is added to Sec J, Atch 18: WBS. Change in response to question is changed in Sec A. 17 Jul 2012: Question: Conformed Amendment 0005, page 2 (Sec A), under Type of Contract, it states that this is a a CPIF Contract. Past Performance due date for Small Business Relevancy Criteria Only is extended to 7 Jul 2012. The Small Business Relevancy Criteria responses may be submitted electronically.
