- Bid Schedule/PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The details of this procurement are located below and in the attached Perfromance Work Statement (PWS). A formal SF 1449 will not be issued as a result of this solictation. Upon award a SF 1449 will be provided to the prospective awardee for signature and further processing. The solicitation number for this requirement is CSS_NM_13_0001 and will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This procurement is being set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS 322211, which has a size standard of 500 employees. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial) applies to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation -- Commercial Items) applies to this procurement. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items) the contractor shall ensure that the contractor has completed the annual representations and certifications on SAM.gov. FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items) applies to this procurment. FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items) applies to this procurment.
