- Description
- PR 0047502236 for NSN 1615-01-515-2613, the Boeing Company, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-511421036-101, Head Rotary Rudder. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This is an Army identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Contractor First Article Test (FAT), Export Control, and Configuration Control apply. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 154 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 525 days ARO including FAT. The issue date is on or around 01/24/2013, and the closing date is on or around 02/25/2013. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
