- The attached document is Amendment 7 of the solicitation. - Updated on 20 Nov 12--Amendment 7 of the subject solicitation, incorporating Past Performance, is now available. Offerors are reminded to review and acknowledge the amendment in its entirety. - The amendment includes a Past Performance Questionnaire (pg. 27) and the specific instructions listed on pg. 36. - All interested parties shall notify the below points of contact if the following apply: (1) Original proposal remains unchanged (2) Original proposal has changed and will be submitted before suspense date/time (3) Offeror is no longer interested and request to withdraw proposal. - All proposals submitted in reference to the subject solicitation shall have a validity date no less than 90 days.
