- This acquisition is for One Hundred fifty (150 each)2.75 Rocket Torque Ring Adapters iaw Drawing 411-174-0014. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-13-Q-0008 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The item(s) to be procured are set aside for small business proposals only. The NAICS Code 336419 and the FSC Code 1420 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. This requirement will be available for downloading from the Indian Head Division website beginning approximately 06 December 2012. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be reviewed by the agency. Please direct all inquires to Carolyn L. Anderson at carolyn.l.anderson@navy.mil. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the relevant NAICS code included on offeror ™s company profile.
