- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Modification 0001 is being issued to change the reply by date so that questions from vendors may be answered and posted with the synopsis and RFQ and the quote due date from 16 November 2012 to 29 November 2012. This modification includes a revised SOW (attachment 1), that addresses and clarifies questions received on or before 7 November 2012 (attachment 2). Clarifications to questions received after 8 November are answered and posted in the Final Questions (attachment 3). No new questions will be accepted regarding this requirement. All other information remains the same. Questions regarding this notice may be directed to phone number 540-653-9863, referencing RFQ N00178-13-Q-4062. This requirement shall close on 26 November 2012. Responses may be faxed to 540-653-0592 or emailed to: daniel.belcher@navy.mil.
