- Unlimited offerors were solicited; the solicitation was posted to the Army Single Face to Industry/FedBizOps on 1 April 2012 to be reviewed by the industry for purposes of submitting a proposal. Five (5) proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The Government awarded a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity performance-based type service contract with provisions for Firm Fixed Price delivery/task orders to: INDUS Secure Network Solutions, LLC, 1951 Kidwell Drive, 8th Floor, Vienna, Virginia 22182. The contract ceiling for this ID/IQ contract is $45,000,000.00 for the three year base effort. Award of services to provide ISS and ITS was based on a best value determination. The subject procurement was solicited as an unrestricted competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items.
