- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Government intends to issue a small business Set-Aside, firm fixed price contract: The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot, for the Ground Maintenance. Solicitation number W911N2-13-R-0008 will be released O/A November 20, 2012, closing date O/A December 20, 2012. There will be a site visit for this project, the date of which will be given when the solicitation is posted. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. If interested vendors should have questions regarding the solicitation, they should contact James Artis by email at james.p.artis.civ@mail.mil.
