Description

The purpose of this Modification is to correct a typographical error contained in previous Modification(s) to a Previous Notice concerning the date by which comments regarding this announcement must be received from 2 November 2012 to 21 November 2012. These corrections are reflected below. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to FOUR POINTS LOGISTICS, INC. (an SDVOSB), of Moorhead, MN, for the procurement of "PERFORM THREE YEAR ELECTRICAL TESTING 2013" deliverable to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo ND 58102 as indicated within the contract documents. The estimated dollar value is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code # 238210, with a size standard of $14 million, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5, Public Law 109-461, and 38 U.S.C. 8127 (c). No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 21 November 2012.
