- IRS Quotation Sheet SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price order for two M5000 Oracle Servers with a Period of Performance of December 07, 2012 - December 06, 2013. All quotes shall include: Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Business Size, Quote Number, Price(s), Point of Contact (name and telephone number), delivery date(s), Taxpayer Identification Number. Please indicate if items are TAA compliant. All products/services must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Anyone desiring business with the federal government must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.com. Award will be made to the Offeror whose quote has been determined to provide the best value. Under this RFQ, best value will result from the selection of the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price. Offerors providing the required brand name support will be considered technically acceptable. All resellers that can deliver and/or perform the equivalent products/services shall submit written a quotation along with the completed IRS Price Quotation Sheet on or before 4:00pm November 26, 2012.
