- This requirement will be awarded in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Far Part 13. SPAWAR SYSTEM CENTER CHARLESTON intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source Basis to Hewlett Packard Company (HP) (88901 McGaw ROad, Suite 100, Columbia, MD 21045) on a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPITITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all offers will be considered. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON AN ALL OR NONTHING BASIS!!! Questions may be directed via email to patrice.richardson-s@navy.mil. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 334111.
