- The Government intend to negotiate on a Sole Source basis EBL Engineers, LLC, 8005 Harford Road Baltimore MD, 212345 under FAR 6302-2 to provide support for the Office of Research Facilities' efforts to maintain Hospital Facilities Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance. The Joint Commission standards calls for substantial documentation of compliance with all Life Safety, Environment of Care and emergency management documentation of testing and inspections, performance measures and rational for delays in effort to correct those deficiencies within forty five days.
