- 11-20-2012, Revision 1 to the synopsis for N62742-13-R-1300, WON 1140499 FY13 P904 MV22 Hangar and Infrastructure and WON 1148519 FY13 P905 Aircraft Staging Area, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii This revision to the synopsis for is made to incorporate information for the one-time site visit scheduled for December 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. HST. The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. A one-time pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for 11 December 2012 at 10:00 a.m. HST. This site visit is to provide Offerors with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the jobsite and conditions to be encountered and is not for the purpose of answering questions. Offerors interested in attending the pre-site visit must email the following information to Ms. Norine E. Horikawa at norine.horikawa@navy.mil on or before 4 December 2012 at 10:00 a.m. HST. I will respond with an email confirming receipt of your information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 day, please call me at (808) 474-4550. FIRM: VISITOR'S NAME (Last, Middle, First): VISITOR'S SSN: CITIZENSHIP (if naturalized citizen, please provide the certification number): PLEASE BE INFORMED: If an attendee submits the application information after the specified due date, they will not be able to attend the site visit. MCBH will be conducting background checks on attendees. Please ensure that you have a current license, registration, insurance and safety check. Rapidgate passes will not be accepted. All personnel attending the site visit must provide the above information, even if you currently have a MCBH base pass. Please car pool. The furnishing of the above information, including your Social Security Number, is voluntary. However, your failure to furnish all or part of the information request may result in the Government's denial of access to the jobsite. Any of the above information furnished by you and protected under the Privacy Act shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such release. Once you have gained access through the H-3 main gate, proceed until the 2nd traffic light. Turn left onto Mokapu Road and proceed until you come to a guard shack before the taxiway. Please park on the grassy area. Please see attached map.
