- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to perform mowing services at Newburgh Locks and Dam, Ohio River, in accordance with these specifications and the attached drawing. The Contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations.
