- Spares List The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into limited competition between the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Martin Baker Aircraft Company, and the only known distributor, Allied Defense, for a quantity of one (1) Barostat Test Set, P/N 2020AS100-1 in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Super Hornet Program. The Government does not have the detailed data needed for this effort. Martin Baker is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and owns the required technical data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
