- Amendment 2 This amendment is being posted to amend the response date to 31 December 2012. The RFI document has been revised to reflect this amended date and has been reattached to this posting. No other changes were made to the text of the RFI document. Please see attached document.. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and PMA 213 Shipboard Systems Integrated Product Team is surveying industry for capabilities to provide Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) solutions offered by the current marketplace to assist them with their decision making process in support of formulating an acquisition strategy and programming for future budgetary decisions.
