- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Rental of heavy equipment for maintenance of the Soo Locks facility for a period of up to four months, January - April 2013. The equipment includes: 3 articulating boomlifts, 2 rough terrain scissor lifts, 1 carrydeck crane, 10 hardwood equipment mats and 1 telescopic loader.
