- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to acquire, on a competitive small-business set-aside basis, intra-operative monitoring services for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Main Operating Room in support of active duty, retirees and dependents. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The award of a firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Release of the Request for Proposals [RFP] will be via the internet. Interested parties may download the RFP upon its issuance to the following website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Interested parties are solely responsible for the monitoring of the aforementioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The applicable North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code is 621111. The anticipated performance period for this procurement will be 01 April 2013 [with a base period of twelve months] through 31 March 2016 [if the 2 one-year options are exercised]. Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation upon its release, which is anticipated to be released no earlier than 05 December 2012. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration [CCR] database in order to be considered for award.
