This activity proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award (sole source) with National Organization State of Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) 44648 Mound RD#114, Sterling Heights, MI 483141322, United States to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in engaging with and better connecting with rural community providers and more effectively utilizing community resources for the care of rural veterans in all 50 States of the USA. The period of performance is from 12/19/2012 through 12/18/2013. Award is anticipated no later than 12/19/2012. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations.
