The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $25.0M. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center Contracting Office - Special Programs Branch, has a requirement for Computer Associates Net QoS brand software maintenance renewal. Line Item 0001- CA NetQoS ReportAnalyzer Upgrade from Standard Harvester to SuperHarvester RAUSHV990-M - Qty 2 Line Item 0002 - CA NetQoS ReportAnalyzer 500 Interface Pack RAIBLS990-M - Qty 2 Line Item 0003 - CA NetQoS ReportAnalyzer 500 Interface Pack existing 1-1000 RAIFPE990-M - Qty 2 Period of Performance: 11/1/2012 to 10/31/2013 for all items. In accordance with 52.212-2 Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors shall submit technical data on the items quoted and provide current gradation. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
