- The U.S Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Coraopolis, PA that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 8,860ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet and 18 on-site surface parking spaces. Minimum ABOA square feet: 8,860 Maximum ABOA square feet: 10,189 The lease term requirement is for 10 years with 5 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 7/12/2013. The delineated area is The delineated area would be South: Route 60 (Steubenville Pike) West: I 376 North: Thorn Run Road East: Route 51 then connect to I 79 The Government is considering alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtown.
