- Description
- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 2,205 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 2,205 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 1 surface parking space using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the TSA. The lease has been awarded to the Missoula County Airport Authority in Missoula, MT. Commencing 11/1/12 through 10/31/15, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $108,890.10 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $9,074.18 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $97,534.35 annually and an operating rent of $11,355.75. The lease terms are set at 3 years/3 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 10/31/15 with 60 days written notice to the Lessor.
