- MASIES NDA for the Bidders Library The United States Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Military Satellite Communications Systems Directorate has released Amendment 0001 to the Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8808-11-R-0009 for the MILSATCOM Analysis Systems Integration and Engineering Services (MASIES) effort by posting in the MASIES Bidder's Library. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541712. The amendment includes administrative changes and updates to the following documents: RFP Sections A, Section H, Section I, Section J, Section K, Section L, Section M, Exhibit A (CDRLs), Attachment 6A- Performance Incentive Fee Plan, Attachment 7- Special Studies and Attachment 8A- Systems Engineering & Integration Rights in Data (Including Technical Data, Computer Software, and Computer Software Documentation. Note: proposal delivery is due not later than 17 December 2012 at 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time. All of the RFP documents are located in the MASIES Bidders Library. Interested offerors are reminded that they must have access to the MASIES Bidder's Library to obtain a copy of the MASIES RFP, the MASIES RFP Amendment, the Attachments to the RFP and other MASIES acquisition related documentation/information. To obtain MASIES Bidder's Library access, contractors must follow the following instructions: Contractors must submit the following information via e-mail: smc.mceo.ss@us.af.mil 1) A signed MASIES Bidder's Library Access and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 1 to this FBO notice), 2) Name of your facility Security Officer, 3) Cage Code, 4) Exact company name associated with the Cage Code, and, 5) Address associated with the Cage Code. Upon receipt the Government will be performing an internal check (verification), before you will be provided a Username and Password and procedure to access the MASIES Bidder's Library. Be aware that this internal check may take up to 1 to 2 weeks to accomplish, before access may be granted to the MASIES Bidder's Library. All information in the MASIES Bidder's Library is at the unclassified level. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Jeffrey Dedrick at Jeffrey.Dedrick@us.af.mil.
