- AMENDMENT 0003 ON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ****THIS NAICS CODE IS 541110. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A COMPETITIVE 100% 8(m) WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE, SMALL BUS8NESS SIZE STANDARD $10 MILLION ONLY**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is N66001-13-R-0053, as attached, and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), (SF 1449) for Commercial Items. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This combinedsynopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and SPAWAR e-commerce (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil). The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific(SSC PAC) expects to award a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract with a base period of one (1) year and two (2) one-year options for Patent Application Drafting Services. This service requires preparing and delivering up to 75 sets of documents to (SSC PAC) that are, in part, required in non-provisional utility United States utility patent applications. (SSC PAC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing one (1) base year and two (2) option years at a rate of up to 25 sets of documents per year for Patent Application Drafting Servicesby 26 November 2012 at 2:00 p.m. PST. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading the RFP, (SF 1449); from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a completed SF 1449 and associated proposal documentation as outlined in the RFP, which shall be considered by the agency. Please refer to the attached solicitation document for further details regardingthe requirements of this solicitation.
