Visitor Request form must be filled out and returned at least 72 hours prior to the event. ***** THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT #W15P7T12RC506***** Program Director Raven Fire (PdD Raven Fire) is announcing a Government Furnished Information (GFI) discussion meeting for the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT). The purpose of this meeting is to give industry the opportunity to become more technically familiar with CES, SKR, and SPA. Space & Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD) representatives will be present to answer any technical questions industry has pertaining to those three GFI items. The event will be held on 8 November 2012 at S&TCD, Bldg. 6010, Room 127, Frankford Street, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The event will run from 1300 - 1630 EDT with parking available. This meeting may involve discussions up to the SECRET level. Photo identification will be required at check-in. All parties are required to register for the EWPMT GFI Discussion. Please email Mr. Steve Abbott (steve.abbott@us.army.mil) to register and get further details. Please fill out the attached Visitor Request and send it at least 72 hours prior to the meeting to William Karganilla, william.s.karganilla.ctr@mail.mil and copy to Steve Abbott OR send to the JPAS security officer Jean Goodwin, jean.m.goodwin.civ@mail.mil. The JPAS # is W4G8STCD6. Point of Contact: Steve Abbott PM Electronic Warfare (EW) Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 Email: steve.abbott@us.army.mil Directions to Aberdeen Proving Ground via Route 715 Gate: From I-95 North - take Exit 80 (Route 543) go right From I-95 South - take Exit 80 (Route 543) go left (toward Riverside) Proceed on Route 543, heading southeast, until it ends at Route 40 Turn right onto Route 40 East. After you pass through the intersection of Rt. 40 & Rt. 7 (Old Philadelphia Rd.) get in the left hand lane and make a left turn at the next light. (New light due to construction) You will go back over Rt. 40 - this will be Route 715. Follow Route 715 to the APG gate (Maryland Blvd.), stay in the farthest Right Lane At the 3rd street light, take a Right onto Darlington Street At the first light take a Left onto Boothby Hill Ave Right into Building 6010 Parking Lot (Frankford Rd)
