- PR No: 0047471722. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an AV-8B 30 KVA Kit. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 1680-01-545-1794 for 40 Kits. In Accordance With Drawing 30 KVAAV-8, REV. B, DTD 06/12/2009 Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 400 days ARO. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about November 1, 2012. The anticipated award date is January 10, 2013. Small Business Subcontracting plan not needed as this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Certified Cost and Data will apply if competition does not exist. EEO does not apply. Progress Payments apply to this solicitation.
