Description

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Asylum Research Corporation, 6310 Holister Ave, Goleta, CA,93117-3115, for the following: 0001 Cypher Scanning Probe Microscope 1 EA; 0002 Cypher Std. Scanner and Approach Module 1 EA; 0003 Cypher SPM Standard View Module 1 EA; 0004 Cypher MultiLux Std Source Module 1 EA; 0005 Cypher MultiLux Std SLD Source Module 1 EA; 0006 AMFM Hi Freq. Cantilever Holder V2 Kit 1 EA; 0007 Cypher ORCA Cond. AFM Cant. Holder Kit 1 EA; 0008 Ztherm Cantilever Holder Kit 1 EA; 0009 Cypher STM Probe Holder 1 EA; 0010 Air Temp Control (ATC) for Cypher AFM 1 EA; 0011 Two days installation/training on Government site 1 EA 0012 Four days Advanced installation/training 1 EA This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 6 November 2012 by email at robin.e.stoltz.civ@mail.mil.
