This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-13-T-0008 is being issued as a small business set-aside. Line item and specifications as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are included in the attached solicitation. The successful offeror MUST be at www.sam.gov.
