- The United States Marine Corps, Semper Fit and Exchange Services Division, Quantico, VA, is requesting proposals for a System-Wide Barber Shop Services concession. The awarded Contractor would provide high quality products and services, use its own/franchise formulas, equipment and processes. The potential Contractor would provide a qualified staff to provide all barber services required by this contract at all designated locations. The services should consist of typical barber services that are offered in the commercial market.
