Description

Synopsis: The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, will be soliciting proposals to process mail handling and data entry for the Bereaved Family Survey which is currently conducted by the PROMISE Center. Approximately 37,000 next of kin will be sent the survey nation-wide. Survey mail data will be sent to the vendor via PKI encrypted email in spreadsheet form. All response and no-response data will be transferred to the PROMISE Center via PKI Encrypted email. The issue date of the solicitation is planned to be 11/09/2012. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the forthcoming solicitation. The solicitation method will be a Small-Business Set-Aside with preference given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). Offeror's must be small business in order to be eligible for award of this contract. All others will be considered non-responsive, and ineligible for award.
