- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for Information. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist and have the capability to provide three dimensional holograms. The following information is provided to assist the INSCOM Acquisition Center in conducting market research of industry to identify possible sources. This is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bid. There will be no reimbursement for the information provided. The primary focus of this project is to provide all personnel, maintenance, supplies, facilities, shipping, tools, materials, and non-personal services necessary to provide Tactical Battlefield Visualization (TBV) products. The TBV project provides a tactical digital hologram as an advanced visualization tool. A primary objective is to provide three-dimensional imagery of urban and rural terrain. Holograms will vary in size (594mm x 841mm or a square 600mm x 600mm). The holograms shall be on a flexible or solid substrate in either horizontal or vertical viewing mode. The Government is interested in receiving your insight on the aforementioned. Interested sources that possess the technical capability and resources to fulfill the Government's needs are encouraged to submit a Capability Statement to include product literature, production and delivery capability, and capability to provide parts and repairs. Responses shall be submitted electronically and should not exceed more than 10 pages to include all images, data displays, charts, graphs, and tables. Responses shall be prepared in Microsoft Word of Adobe Acrobat Reader and the font size shall be not smaller than 10-point Times New Roman. Submit responses via e-mail to wendy.m.wise2.civ@mail.mil.
