This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a V-22 Engine Remove and Replace Kit. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 2995-01-600-7752 for 215 Kits. In Accordance With Part Number AE1107CENGRR Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 200 days ARO. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about November 1, 2012. The anticipated award date is January 15, 2013. Small Business Subcontracting plan not needed as this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Certified Cost and Data will apply if competition does not exist. EEO does not apply. Progress Payments do not apply to this solicitation.
