- EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO LEASE WAREHOUSE/STORAGE SPACE IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing warehouse/storage space in Brooklyn, NY. Minimum rentable square foot (RSF) is from 16,500 RSF to 17,000 RSF and shall yield a minimum of 16,500 usable square feet (USF) and a maximum of 17,000 USF. TERM: Lease shall be four (4) years. After two years government may terminate lease whole or in part by providing a thirty (30) day written notice to Lessor. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the warehouse/storage must be within an area bound by: North- Grand Street; East - Marcey Avenue; South - Prospect Avenue; and, West - East River/New York Harbor waterfront OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready by December 31, 2012. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. If applicable, location of space within the complex 3. Rentable Square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square feet 4. Lease shall be full service, including, but not limited to, utilities and custodial services 5. Usable square feet and Common Area Factor 6.
