- Sources Sought for GOAB switch Sources Sought Notice W911RP-13-I-0001 FSC: 5930 This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. A SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON A LATER DATE. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential contractors. The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Gang Operated Air Break Switches, Quantity two (2). Cooper #M1HB2SP2 M-Force GOAB Switch brand name or equal under NAICS code 335313. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this announcement. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsive contractors. The Pine Bluff Arsenal is seeking responses to this notice from all businesses, particularly; Small, Small Disadvantaged, HubZone, Woman Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses for the purpose of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or Small Business contracting goals for this requirement. Interested businesses which have the skills and capabilities necessary to provide the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this sources sought announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. Responses must include the following information (3 page limit): (1) Company Information: Name, Address, CAGE Code & Qualifying Small Business Status (2) Company Point of Contact: Name, Phone Number & E-Mail Address (3)Capability Statement Statement expressing interest in this requirement, technical capability, and a brief description of similar project/s, customer point of contact with phone number, and dollar value of the project. All interested parties shall e-mail your response to Erika Bandy, Contract Specialist, at erika.n.bandy.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM CST November 7, 2012.
