- Amendment #0003 to Sol HSCG40-12-R-AG030 ***THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS IS CORRECTED TO READ IT IS EXTENDED UNTIL 20 NOVEMBER 2012, 2:00 pm, EST. *** Amendments require signature and submision with offeror's proposal. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Medium Endurance Cutter (MEC) Product Line, has a requirement for the Overhual of various Pumps/Pump Units in suport of the USCG MEC operations. Overhauls to be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM), their authorized repair facilities, or those repair facilities that can demonstrate they have successfully perfomed the overhaul service for the Government in the past. Overhauls shall be performed in strict accordance with the Specification for Pump Overhaul, #R-503-0519. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! The Request for Proposal (RFP), Specification and all other applicable documents are uploaded electronically. For information concerning this acquisition contact the contracting officials listed herein. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the system for future notices and changes. Facsimile/FAX proposals ARE NOT acceptable; however, offerors may submit electronic offers via email to the Contract Specialist, Florence Harwood, florence.m.harwood@uscg.mil. Offers shall be made in strict accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1. A signed copy of SF1449 shall be submitted with the proposal package. Requests for copies of the solicitation are NOT available to be mailed. All responsive and responsible firms may submit an offer which may be considered by this agency.
