- This contract is a multiple award, competitive Small Business Partial Set-aside Multiple Award for the design, development, acquisition, production, deployment, operation, maintenance and associated services for Program Executive Office Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) systems hardware. The dollar threshold for the Small Business set-aside portion of the contract is $4.5M and below for requirements that are not otherwise justified as an exception to the fair opportunity process. If less than two small businesses will compete for a Delivery/Task Order, the requirement will then be solicited among all awardees without regard to size. The decision whether or not to use Fixed Price or Cost Reimbursement Delivery/Task orders will be made in accordance with FAR 16.1.
