The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 50 each TS STAB POS LIMIT S, NSN: 5930-01-607-7256, Part Number: 10-1009-56 applicable to the BE AH - 64 LONGBOW weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 50 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. 17070-5002. This item is restricted to ULTRAX AEROSPACE, INC. CAGE: 07PR7. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
