- Ground Cloth Assembly The Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001AA - 45 Each, Ground Cloth Assembly IAW Dwg 5-4-7025E dtd 10/3/02; Dwg PL5-4-7025B dtd 10-3-02; MIL-PRF-20696F dtd 9/2/1997; MIL-DTL-32075 dtd 1/8/02; MIL-PRF-24635E dtd 9/15/09; Item 0001AA - Pre-Production Sample - 1 Lot (1 LOT = 1 each); Item 0002, Contractor Data Requirements List - 1 Lot (1 Lot = 1 each Material certification). The solicitation contains export controlled technical data and a bidder must furnish the required certification prior to obtaining the technical data. Applications to obtain the required certification should be sent to the United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Information Service, 74 Washington Avenue North, Suite7, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084, Telephone No. 616/961-4358. No restricted information will be released without proof of certification. Solicitation W911RP-13-T-0005 will be issued on or after 6 November 2012 with a closing date on or after 13 November 2012.
