- RFP SPE4A613R0133, SC 1000005734, RFx 4000079308, NSN 6150-00-884-2070, Wiring Harness, Branched, IAW Simmonds Precision Products, Inc., CAGE 89305, P/N 185104-5; Parker-Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 59211, P/N 080-001-005; Techniservices, Inc., CAGE 0AF06, P/N 711061. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. This item is not commercial. The Trade Agreement Act applies. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. This NSN is a critical application item. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 220 EA, base year only. Maximum contract quantity: 8,820 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 220 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 882 EA, which is also the estimated annual demand. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. Delivery (PLT) is requested for this IQC at 116 days ARO for all delivery orders. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
