- NSN 1670-00-103-0532, Solicitation SPE4A7-13-R-0133, PR 0044762726. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Parachute, Skirt Type Extended Main (Sewed). Requested quantity is 241 EA. The procurement item description cites NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORP, CAGE 77646 DWG 94453 REV "AC" SUPPLEMENTED BY PDCO AD-2, P/N 94453-509. Approved sources for the item include AIRBORNE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA, CAGE 05QR4; FXC CORPORATION, CAGE 56600; AND MILLS MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, CAGE 02693. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 274 days ARO. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). Item is life support equipment. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Export control certification is required. Government First Article testing is required. Government Production Lot testing is required. This acquisition will include provision DLAD Clause 52.215-9023, Reverse Auctions. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
