- This acquisition is for a Four (4) year Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract, consisting of a One (1) year base and Three (3) One-Year option periods for the Aircrew Flexible Body Armor Shell. The National Stock Numbers associated with this acquisition include 8470-01-603-0286, 8470-01-603-0288, 8470-01-603-0289, 8470-01-603-0290, and 8470-01-603-0292. Items are to be made in accordance with the applicable drawings: IAW ANVS-PDN-10757 Rev. F dated 31 Aug 2011.. All material shall be contractor furnished. The base year and three option years consist of a minimum quantity of 625, an annual estimated quantity of 2,500, and a maximum quantity of 3,125. Deliveries are FOB Destination and the destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production Lead-Time (PLT) is 180 days. First Article Testing is required. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized.
