SPECIFIC LOCATION INFORMATION (This information is also attached in PDF Format): SPECIFIC LOCATION INFORMATION as of November 1, 2012 CANNON AFB, NM (Monday, November 5 th at 0900): The Pre-Proposal Conference meeting at CANNON AFB, NM will be held in building (BLDG) 1820 in the Kiowa Room at the Landing Zone Club. The Site Visit will immediately follow the conference. Directions: Cannon AFB is located approximately 12 miles to the west of Clovis NM on HWY 60/84. Traveling from east to west take the Cannon AFB exit to the front gate. From the Front gate veer to the right onto D. L. Ingram Blvd, veer to the right at the stop light onto Casablanca Ave. At the stop sign turn left onto Olympic. You will pass the Shoppette on the left and will see the BX/Commissary also on the left. The Landing Zone will be on your right directly across from the BX/Commissary. If you do not have a CAC or Retired Military ID card and you are registered to attend the event at this location, please go to the Visitor Center at 0800. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance. The visitors' center is located immediately outside the front gate and to the right. HOLLOMAN AFB, NM (Tuesday, November 6 th at 0900): The Site Visit for HOLLOMAN AFB, NM will be held in building (BLDG) 701. Directions: From the front gate take 1st all the way to the end where it deadheads into Delaware Ave (approximately 1 mile). Make a right on Delaware and take it until it deadheads into the POL compound at bldg 701. Note, Delaware Ave transitions into Sabre Road. To get to the POL compound you must make a slight right hand turn (.4 miles after the right turn off of 1st street) to remain on Delaware. Once you reach the POL compound there will an escort to take you to the building. For Holloman AFB, all non-DoD ID card holders will need to report to building 1 (visitors center) at the main gate to be signed in at 0700. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance. Note: All non-DOD card holders signing into Holloman AFB will be subject to a background investigation through the New Mexico Law Enforcement database. DAVIS MONTHAN AFB, AZ (Wednesday, November 7 th at 0900): The Site Visit for Davis Monthan AFB, AZ will be held in Building (BLDG) 192 Directions: •1. Enter through Main Gate •2. Drive South on S Craycroft Rd toward E. Arizola St. •3. T urn a slight right onto South Yuma Street. The Building is just passed E Zapper Ave. •4. The building is located on 5062 S. Wilmot Rd. Bldg 192. If you do not have a CAC or Retired Military ID card and you are registered to attend the event at this location, please sign at the Main Gate at 0800. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance. Luke AFB, AZ (Wednesday, November 8 th at 900): The Site Visit for Luke AFB, AZ will be held in building (BLDG) 328. Directions: From the main gate you will take an immediate right on Jerstad Lane and continue north for 2-3 miles till you come to a two way stop at the intersection of Jerstad Lane and Gillispie Dr. Continue North on Jerstad Lane for 75 ft till you come to another stop sign. Just to the right there will be 2 automatic gates with one open for POL traffic to access the flight line. There will be a parking lot for visitors towards the left just past the second gate. All visitors can park there and walk 150 ft through the gate to the conference room in bldg 328. If you do not have a CAC or Retired Military ID card and you are registered to attend the event at this location, please go to the Visitors Center right next to main gate at 0800. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance. Beale AFB, CA (Friday, November 9 th at 0900): The Site Visit for Beale AFB, CA will be held in building (BLDG) [414]. Directions: Bulk Storage from Main Gate •1) Follow road from the Main Gate to Gavin Mandry & J-Street 4-way intersection. Approximately 2.6 miles. •2) Turn Right at the 4-way, then turn left onto F-street, 1st left turn after the intersection. Approximately.3 miles. •3) Less than.5 miles on the left hand side is bulk storage. If you do not have a CAC or Retired Military ID card and you are registered to attend the event at this location, please go to the Visitor Center at 0800. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance. You will need to go through the Wheatland Gate search area to get to the visitor center. To get to the Wheatland Gate, you will need to take Highway 65 to South Beale Road. Once on South Beale Road, head straight towards the gate. There will be one 4-way stop, then straight through towards the gate, hang a right once you enter the gate area to head to the visitor center/search area. To Bulk Storage from the Wheatland Gate •1) Proceed through gate until you reach an intersection (4-way stop). Approximately 1.3 miles. •2) Turn Right at the 4-way, then turn left onto F-street, 1st left turn after the intersection. Approximately.3 miles. •3) Less than.5 miles on the left hand side is bulk storage. Travis AFB, CA (Friday, November 9 th at 1500): The Site Visit for Travis AFB, CA will be held in building (BLDG) [552], room 108. From I-80 (Fairfield), take Airbase Parkway to the main gate. Once through the main gate, take the first right on Ragsdale St. Take the second left on Hangar Ave. If you do not have a CAC or Retired Military ID card and you are registered to attend the event at this location, please go to the Visitor Center at 1400 just outside the main gate. You will need to present your Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance.
