- PR# 0044527685, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 11-15-2012/CLOSING DATE 12-18-2012 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 91 each for stock of NSN 1670-01-312-9298, CABLE, RIPCHORD, PARACHUTE RELEASE. Item Description is in accordance with Chemring Energetic Devices Inc. Cage 93455, P/N 6010250-2. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. This item is also Export Controlled. Contractors must by JCP certified to receive an award. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 86 each ship to Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA 95304. PRLI0002, QTY 114 each ship to Defense Depot Susquehanna, PA 17070 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 240 days ARO or best attainable. There is not a Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
