- The BAA The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposal due date from 21 October 2012 to 9 November 2012. If vendors have previously submitted a proposal in response to this solicitation, all revised proposals shall be clearly marked as "Revised". The Foundational Science Research Unit (FSRU) of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) solicits new proposals for its fiscal year 2013 contract program of basic research in behavioral science.
