- PR 0047133761. Request for Proposal SPE4A613R0137, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5975-016087799, Mounting Base Electrical Equipment. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source is Cubic Defense Applications Inc., CAGE 94987, P/N 282780-1. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 100 each. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 125 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on November 1, 2012. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on November 1, 2012. The solicitation issue date is November 15, 2012. The closing date is December 17, 2012. The estimated award date is January 31, 2013.
