- The U.S. Government currently leases 28,269 ABOASF of office space at the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge in Lewiston, New York. The Government intends to negotiate a two (2) year lease at this location at the above square footage based on agency mission. The Government will only consider alternative space if uniquely located and economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
