- End Item Application: WSIC TEZ, WSDC Mine Resistant Vehicle (MRAP), 12M, 17M, 18M, 19M, 1DM FOR A CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex System and review the tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com and review how to participate in an auction. PR#0047209867, This solicitation will contain one NSN 5995-01-559-5190, for CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 693 each. This is a 1Q item. The approved sources are: HARRIS CORPORATION (Cage 14304) P/N 12041-7130-A2, DCX-CHOL ENTERPRISES, Inc. (Cage 27456), P/N DCX-12041-7130-A2, ELBIT SYSTEMS, LTD, (Cage S0123), P/N 00089502N. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://sam.gov. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
