- The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for a Base Period with two - one year options for ISO 3rd Party Registrar Services at Barstow, CA and Albany, GA. FOB Origin. Surveillance Audits and Recertification ™s to be completed in accordance with Statement of Work. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED on approximately November 13, 2012.
